Vanguard Community Church is a part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. We are built upon the foundation of Jesus Christ as our Savior, our Healer, our Baptizer with the Holy Spirit, and our soon coming King.

The term “Vanguard” means “the forefront of an army or movement.” The Vanguard marches ahead of the main part of the army to clear the way, guarding against surprise. Vanguards move forward, understanding that God lives in the future. Philippians 3:13-14 states, “…Reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” (NKJV). While moving forward, the Vanguard is willing to work with new ideas and explore new possibilities.

Vanguard Community Church is a church dedicated to encouraging people to know Jesus Christ, the Captain of our salvation and our leader. We are committed to providing His church the opportunity to have an ongoing relationship that leads them into His victory. He is leading us to share His Gospel with vision, strength, and compassion.

To provide the community with a fellowship that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Backpack Drive Ministry - Ministering to children in our community

Miracle Hill Ministry - Ministering to the homeless

Domestic Violence Ministry - Ministering to the domestically abused
